Inaugural Post
Welcome to the Drug Recall Lawyer Blog. This blog will primarily showcase and highlight the goings-on of the pharmaceutical world, and the dangers that drugs can pose to our families, even when used properly. These dangers stem from a number of sources—some drugs are defective because of mistakes in the manufacturing process; others are harmful because they were improperly designed; and others are hazardous because they do not include proper warnings.
Our goals are simple:
(1) To alert consumers and lawyers about dangerous drugs, in the hopes that these warnings may prevent injuries; (2) to provide a resource about the status of drug litigation nationwide; and (3) to discuss the future of drug litigation, especially where courts and legislatures weigh-in (preemption, anyone?)
